On Device Wins Campaign's Best Places to Work 2024.

On Device is proud to be awarded Campaign's Best Places to Work 2024 for the second year in a row. The estimable list celebrates companies that are regarded highly by their employees and can demonstrate how they benefit their staff.
Rated as number 58 within the top 100 companies across Ad Land, this marks a climb up the ranks for On Device from position 63 last year.
Campaign will reveal the winners in the four size-based categories – boutique, small, medium and large later this week, alongside profiles of the top five workplaces in each group.
The scheme is open to various organisations across ad land, including brands' marketing divisions plus agencies spanning creative, media, digital, design, production and PR.
To be eligible to enter, businesses need at least 15 employees working in the UK, or 15 employees within the marketing division if working for a brand.

Campaign partner Workforce Research Group carried out a two-stage assessment of companies entering the scheme. Employers provided information about benefits, policies and practices. Staff also completed a confidential questionnaire on their workplace's culture.
